You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible items that are unused, in their original condition, and with the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will promptly notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of an error on our part or if the item received is damaged or defective. For damaged or defective items, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund with no return shipping costs. Certain items, such as [List of Non Returnable Items], may not be eligible for return unless received in a damaged or defective condition. We currently do not offer direct exchanges but encourage you to place a new order for the desired item.
